Went to the CBC Open House today, seeing as they were participating in the Culture Days programming going on across the country this weekend. One thing's for certain: as with the last time I did a tour of the newsroom and studios, my own camera work leaves much to be desired.

I wanted so much to do a good job with the camera settings so as to give a good impression of the place and the people working there.

Well, tomorrow I'll see if I can't salvage something to share via my Flickr account anyway.

Many thanks again to Laurence Wall, Rita Celli, Adrian Harewood, Ian Black, Evan Solomon, Kathleen Petty and her dog Greta(sp.?), among many others doing extra duty at the Ottawa Broadcast Centre today!

No idea. You mention both Dini and Kathleen. Dini used to have a talk show on CTV but it's been a long time since I heard the name. Kathleen, of course, hosts Ottawa Morning and The House.
