The one I'm sending, I found at the Ottawa School of Art (http://www.artottawa.ca/). They originated with the Canadian Media Guild (http://cmg.ca/CBCmorethanever.htm), though, if OSA can't help you out for whatever reason.
Some of those locations got saved - for the moment - via lots of voluntary self-deprivation on the parts of assorted staffers, but I've no idea about the long-haul aspect of the situation.
