Casting the SHIELD Movie

dewlineSo...open debate for anyone interested. Since Samuel L. Jackson's confirmed as playing Nick Fury for nine movies, barring a box office disaster or three, and one of those films is going to be a SHIELD movie, we've got two questions to have fun with:
1. Which of the legions of SHIELD characters will they use from Marvel's archives for this film, aside from Nick himself?
2. Who will be playing those characters?
I don't have anywhere near the knowledge about actors available for work that I do about the SHIELD characters themselves, so I'm loathe to make any guesses myself...
