Another nosy question, prompted by our current tsuris here in Bytown on the Outaouaias. Assuming you have such in your city or town, and that you use it, of course.

Date: 2009-01-19 01:44 am (UTC)It's permanent in that the government needs to take action to fix it, and action is not their strong point. For example, it's taken ten years to respond to the drought we're having.
