Well, duh! What's crazy is that very few realize this.
The article is talkative but mostly is a primer for the clueless.

I know there are Michiganders (?) who'd prefer their state become a province. If a referendum were held there on a clear question and a clear - at least 2/3 - majority was in favour of the switchover, then we can have that conversation.
