Ummm... shouldn't EVERY day be self-care day? I mean, we all know how overburdened the health care system is and we have to be very patient as we wait for the services we need from them. And I'm certainly not suggesting we ignore our role as caregivers to our nearest and dearest, but the fact is that we can't effectively look after others unless we are able to maintain at least some reasonable level of stability in our own health and day-to-day self-management!
