Printer-Related Mystery

dewline: Three question marks representing puzzlement (Puzzlement 2)
Cyan printhead problem looks like it's just about fixed. One remaining mystery: wondering why the blue looks perfect printing out a thing from Google Maps but "Clean Printheads" still gets me white lines interrupting the cyan ink.
