Interesting. And we get all cranky - except for the Prime Minister's Office, right? - when the US does this sort of thing in the Northwest Passage.

Or did the people behind the Xuelong expedition clear this with Moskva(and other affected nations) first?

Anyway.

The word is out. Lots of happy squees going up around the world, looks like. Not unexpected news, but satisfying anyway.

Imagining the following line right now:

"Look, like the Boss said: they needed the push. And yes, I AM going to fess up to them. And I fully expect Stark for one to slug me at least the once. I have it coming."
