A reinvention of an old vision for Canada

I'm checking my e-mail between science-fiction-related parties tonight, so...in a slight rush to get stuff done. :-)

I tend to think it's an attempt to re-create an older vision of the Confederation that certain of my neighbours hereabouts believe "should" have been. I know some of you disagree with me about how far down the rabbit-hole Canada is right now, much less how far we're capable of going.

I'm under no illusions, though. Under the influence of some fear for the future, yes. Illusions, no.

It can happen anywhere...sometimes even when you're being careful to look out for the symptoms.
