Setting Up a New Community?

I'm beginning to think that it might be a good idea to set up an LJ community for people living east of the Greenbelt here in Ottawa. Blackburn Hamlet, Orléans, Navan, old Cumberland Village and so on.

Anyone know if there's already such a thing?
