I've read it said before that you could play "Six Degrees" with a great degree of efficiency in the comics industry and fandom. I expect that it's true.
I've been told in networking workshops for dayjob hunters that the practice should really be renamed "Five Degrees" based on the relational association research undertaken by statisticians and sociologists in recent decades. Also likely true.
Yet another example played itself out today on CBC's Tech Blog.
I'm amused, even given what I already know. How about you?
