Pain in the Middle of January 2024

The muscles connecting my neck, shoulders, etc. have been irregularly aching for the better part of a week. I don't know if that's down to "sitting at the desk" posture, sleep postures, sudden movements while riding buses, some combination of those, or something else.

Date: 2024-01-16 06:33 pm (UTC)Suggestion for neck exercises: look for Tai Chi warmups. Don't go for just the neck things. Pain travels and as we age, it takes more effort to keep all our parts in shape. And two points: do any exercise for at least two weeks and if the exercise helps, keep at it, don't stop because if you do, the pain(s) will return, and they'll come back pissed! {8~P
