Had my first hard landing on one of my knees this morning on my way back from picking up newspapers and groceries to start the day-job's work.

Bruising has already started not fifteen minutes later.

Pain's gone for now.

Didn't bother with the ice. Been seated for day-job work most of the day since getting back in the door.
