dewlineJesse Brown just posted a note about the cumulative effect of several decisions by governments and corporations on the Canadian net-using public. He closes it by raising several questions of interest to me and to anyone looking to stay in touch with Canadians from anywhere else on the planet as well as the Canadian public.
