Dental or Skeletal?

I think I've either impacted a molar or misaligned the left side of my jaws as of this past week. Not sure which it is - it does feel painful at times while chewing or swallowing, specifically in the joint and the attached musculature, not in the teeth and/or gums - and I doubt that I'll be able to get it looked at properly until Monday at the earliest.

Still finding jobs to apply for.

Do you have a chiropractor? I always mess up my temporo-mandibular joint when I've been stressed for a while, and they have to move my head in some weird ways and pop it and my neck back into place. And hopefully a chiro office has a shorter waiting list than your doctor.
