Trek: Avoiding Twitter, Reddit and YouTube?

According to reports I've seen on TrekBBS, major spoilers got into those three venues for the last two PIC episodes, set to "air" on this upcoming Thursday and the next. How far they've spread from those venues is as yet unclear.

Pretty sure that I don't want to see more than the CBS/Paramount+/CTV SciFi Channel machine has already shared until that morning.
