I get my sunglasses made with the same frames as my daily wear glasses, so when that inevitably happens, I can get the frames swapped until I have time to get a new pair picked up or ordered.
I do still have the correspondence, my customer file with them is still active, and I've already reached out to their customer service e-mail. Thanks for the reminder!
