Twitter: Asking For Trouble

So I said this about one particular piece of Musk's "advice" today:

I didn't mock him. I did say that his "advice" made me feel unsafe.

Most of my tweets don't seem to get much "engagement". So maybe it won't matter much either way. And I have social media presence on other services, if it gets me banned while he still owns Twitter.

A lot of people seem to be walking away from Twitter.

Another social media aspect whose time has come and gone perhaps?

A lot of people walking away. A lot of others being kicked out. Another lot of others standing their ground against the takeover by an apparent lunatic.

Hopefully, the last of these outlast the lunatic.

Ugh: I am reminded of those scenarios in which children are meant to be cool with other kids taking and ruining their stuff because 'sharing'.

The word seems to be losing its meaning.
