PVR Trouble

As far as I know, the cable bill is still getting paid.

The PVR functions seem disabled anyway. Not sure why.

The local news picked up on the fact that you guys seem to be having major technology problems of late.

Our house is not signed up with the company at the heart of that mess, and yes...our country's been having issues. I noticed the attention paid by BBC News and The Guardian to that.
