3D Set Design: One More Opinion

This looks like a nightclub district trying to pretend to be a favela:

Am I wrong? I've never lived in any of the cities of the South American nations, recognized or not as nations, but what little I've seen of them...differs from this.

Rudofsky would have described favelas as "agglutinative architecture". So, buildings of a variety of ages, with additions upon additions.

The windows and doors in this set all came from the same manufacturer, all the buildings are built to the same standard floorplans with the same design philosophy, and the height and spacing is more rigid than in the historic district of Vienna.

Also, the neatly organized telecom wiring in neat, parallel catenaries far too neat.
