Yes, it's a thing I've seen in the comics blow up in Jim Gordon's face across the decades, and Barbara's along with him in one very infamous instance.
But that one thing tonight?
No security escort for the police commissioner of Gotham City.
What the Hell, right? (And I just realized that there might have been an escort in the original script, which got disallowed by either budgetary or COVID concerns, or both.)
