MCU: Post-Endgame Infrastructure Speculation

The talks to start building that infrastructure HAD to have begun at Stark's funeral. Potts, Hogan, Fury, Hill, T'Challa, Okoye, Shuri, Danvers, Quill (okay, maybe not Quill), Strange, Secretary Ross...

Am I wrong?

We're not seeing much of that in WandaVision or Falcon/Winter Soldier but we do seem to be seeing it in Spider-Man: Far From Home...

Not Quill, not unless his especial skills are channeled carefully. Scott Lang would be much the same.

Spider-Man: Far From Home seemed to have a LOT of handwaving, and strikes me they were filming scenes prior to Marvel Studios deciding how much information from Endgame could be known by actors.

I was thinking of people who can move lots of personnel, hardware, cash in whatever combinations needed to get that planetary defence infrastructure organized as quickly as physically and politically doable. Quill and his Guardians as a go-between connecting the US and/or UN and their appointees to the wider universe's Powers That Be is iffy...but possible as a back-channel where Carol Danvers' contacts in her "Captain Marvel" role can't go.

Well, there's always pirates that are skilled in logistics, both routing and interpersonal sizzle sussing. Peter's really not that pirate, but there may be a few Gamora knows the whereabouts. Though, it's 2014's Gamora so eh. Maybe Nebula ferreted some of that intel.

While narratively that makes sense, I suspect MCU-wise he'll outlive everyone because he'd be easier to swap out actors/keep renewing contract depending on cha-r$ng.
