This thing's been on the side of one of the buildings at the University of Ottawa for as long as I've lived here. Longer, in fact. I'm sure someone's explained its origins to me on occasion, but my memory's glitched again...

Heh, just a guess on my part. I'm pretty sure that's related to the heating system there, though, as the west side of SITE is integral to heating the building.

I seem to remember those are supposed to be Trudeau's eyes. No idea if that's true or not. Would be interesting to hear the story behind that.
