Employment vs. Health Again

dewlineI am chronically underemployed, have seasonal lung issues that kick in every spring around April-May like clockwork usually due to allergies, and have to share a house with at least one person over 80. I don't see how I can afford "radical social isolation", and yet I understand the situation is what it is.
