Nope. Different company.

Silver Snail Ottawa (https://www.silversnail.com/about/m-about.html) used to operate as Arthur's, and it's still in operation, albeit a half-dozen blocks further south. Right across the street from the James Street Feed Company.

I should talk to Kin Jee and/or his senior lieutenants at the Snail, though...
