A Hard Day in Washington

I've been reading the news from Washington this afternoon. It was as I expected. As many of you reading this expected, as well. But it's no less Disturbing for being expected.

I can't imagine that it's going to end here, no matter what the Mar-a-Lago Malefactor or his enablers across the planet want. Nor should it.

It's exactly what I expected to happen, I would have been shocked had he been convicted. Moscow Mitch set the stage for this result, and he got it.

McConnell - like Stephen Harper in Canada - has kept at least one eye on reshaping the US judiciary to suit himself and his...gang, let's call them. I know that he's being targeted for removal in November, and that the Democrats have a particularly good candidate working on that project. Speaking as a Canadian openly meddling by stating my opinions on the subject, I hope she wins.

If I were to win the lottery, which I won't because I don't play, I would move to Kentucky and buy advertising against him.  He has done so very little to help his state that it's pathetic.
