I really enjoy how vegan the UK has gotten - where it's not weird for an ordinary corner store to carry two varieties of plant milk.

I mean, obviously never the particular brand I want, but still. It's impressive.

The UK has its own issues - so much single use plastic, especially around food, and even less plastic recycling than Canada. So win some, lose some.
