My left wrist is still aching a bit, and there was a bit of scraping on the right knee under the pants fabric. The left knee of the pants I was wearing has a small hole now, so I'm not wearing those to work any more. They'll probably still be good for grocery runs and walks around the neighbourhood, and the odd bit of yard work. Not feeling any symptoms of concussion so far.

Glad to hear it, I had one of my dogs take off while we were getting him out of the car a few weeks ago, and smashed my wrist into the car door. I can't remember if the wrist was flexed out or in, but it wasn't good. Definitely took a while before it felt better.

Though it sucks sacrificing a pair of pants. I'm rotating between three pairs, two of them are 10 years old, the third about 4 years old, but Duluth Trading has a 20% off sale with free shipping, so I may be ordering another pair or two.

Good news: a week later, and I feel like I've avoided having one this time. My right knee feels a little tender when I kneel on it, but otherwise, it's okay.
