I go outside to check first for the morning newspaper and then to put a couple of garbage bins back in upright positions at the curb...and trip on the last step to the driveway.

Argh. I'm sorry - knees and wrists are particularly painful, even if it's just, technically, a minor sprain. Here's to a quick and relatively painless recovery.
