Weird Phone Calls

dewlineMy cellphone just got a call allegedly from Cornwall, but all in Chinese if I recognized the syllables spoken correctly. Cannot tell you what dialect, mind you. Nor what was actually said, for that matter. I'm not fluent in that language.
