A couple of quick thoughts to kick off October

Assorted bits and pieces tonight:

Little Mosque on the Prairie amused me semi-quietly tonight with its second season kickoff on CBC. Mosque politics, gender issues, burial plans and rites, and a man vexed over being nicknamed "Tex"...

I've added a couple of character sketches to my portfolio sites around the web: Picasa, Comicspace, Facebook.

I hate dental checkups. I enjoy getting a good report from the lady who does the actual work for the dentist, but the financial sequelae, I think we can all do with a bit less of.

More as I think of it.

Oh rats, I forgot it was starting last night! Fell asleep and missed it. I wonder if it'll run twice a week this year, too?
