I read about this yesterday. What I hate isn't just the scam, but that it hits people who really needs jobs.

In the eyes of those setting up these scams, I suspect that it isn't stressful enough. Yet. Also, I suspect they'd really like it if someone could set them up with statutory immunity to prosecution someday soon, too.
