I find it sad when movie theaters close. There was a fantastic complex in Phoenix called The Camelview, you could always count on them for having foreign films, and the architecture was nothing short of awesome. It was torn down and reincorporated into a luxury mall theater. And matinee tickets went from $8 to $15, and I'm never going there again.
I really don't like how they did their farewell message, because of the way the sign is blocked into three segments I'm reading it in segments rather than two lines, and it doesn't parse well in my brain.
About the only thing I can say about the signage of Empire Rideau Centre as shown here is that it's probably now in pieces in some landfill somewhere. The floor space was taken over by the Simons department store chain.
