A Quick DTP Note

dewlineWell, I just tried to register that copy of Quark that came with the March 2007 issue of PC Pro that I told you about earlier in the week. No luck.
For Quark's corporate purposes, Canada is treated as if it were US territory.
Disappointing to say the least.
So I'm not eligible to register, much less, install the software. I'm sure there's ways of dealing with it, but I neither need nor want to know of them. Not unless Quark's willing and able to share. Fortunately, there's enough freeware goodies on the DVD in question to still make it halfway useful.
If I get any positive news later on, I'll share it here.
