Particularly sitting up every one or two hours almost as if my lungs' discomfort were on some kind of demonic timer.

One bit of good news: temperature's climbed down from last night's high of 38.4 to 37.4 as of Noon today. Still coughing a bit here and there, mind you, and I am not going to the OSFS meeting today as a result of this particular issue.

You and me both. Usually with these things, it's only one night of this "every 1-2 hours, get up!" nonsense. If all goes to pattern, tonight should be better.
