Not bad, but isn't there already surface rail going to Greenburo?

Yes, there is, and the Greenboro station would be a hub for the O-Train Classic line as well as a pass-through point for traffic bound to and from the airport as well via my Bank Street line as proposed elsewhere earlier on (http://spacingottawa.ca/2010/07/02/the-meeting-of-the-mega-projects-a-tunnel-for-bank-street/).
