It seems as if this edition of the Season is determined to make itself as comfortable - perhaps even joyful at times - as it possibly can for me.

There's two items of good news in particular. One I can probably blab about right now with no harm. The second is something I'll have to be vague about until the particulars are nailed down.

The former: Effective next week, I'll be a contributing blogger on spacingottawa.ca, a blog devoted to urban infrastructure, culture, and other related issues facing the Ottawa-Gatineau region. My first contribution is expected to go live there sometime next week.

The latter...involves comics work. More as I'm able to share. Sorry, but I do not want to jinx this thing.

In the meantime...best of the Season to you all.

See you later...

I'll be a contributing blogger ...

Interesting. This is the first I had heard of the Spacing magazine (http://spacing.ca/), so I am intrigued. [If I had heard of it, I probably associated it with SF or Fantasy books.

Be aware that I am also trying to organize a group around a plan to produce a movie. The title of the movie should give a clue as to its theme: "There Auto Be a Law". Included would be some music, with titles such as "The Lemmings of This World". :-)

Happy Holidays to you, and Best of Luck with the visible plans *and* the ones up your sleeve.

The core magazine itself is self-admittedly Toronto-centric, but the problems, solutions and other stuff discussed within its pages are not entirely unique to Toronto, Duncan. Seeing as we live fairly close by, there's a certain amount of common experiences for people in both regions and it's just a fun read most issues! I recommend it to anyone reading this blog without hesitation or reservation.

And thanks much for the good wishes!
