Stumbled across this self-profile via the Walker Art Centre YouTube channel. Seeing as it's about the foundry that designed what I think of as the "SHIELD" font family, Stratum...and Stratum does get discussed at some length during the lecture.

If you're going to watch this, be prepared to spend a while sitting down. A little over an hour and a half in fact.

Architectural Surprises

In this age of urban intensification and wanting to live in as small a space you can get away with...well, some of the designs shown in this link caught my attention. I don't know that packrat-me can actually hope to live like that, but it's entertaining to occasionally imagine.
