Yours is the first mention of Allseating I've heard/read of. If they deliver to the US, then I assume that Ottawa's not a problem for them. And judging from their website, I won't be surprised if they're a supplier to the Canadian federal government.
As for the former chair, it broke just above the point where the wheels plug into the chair.
