The British Avengers from TV lost all of their first-season episodes' video and audio footage because that's how things worked in TV back then. But a number of the scripts survived and have been adapted for audio by Big Finish, the people responsible for the Doctor Who audio adventures. Here's a link to one review by Steve Mollman.
NASA's looking into asteroid-redirection.
