Buses and Errors: A Apology for Jumping Too Soon

Seems my sources for the bus strike info was in error. A rare thing for the sources in question, at least in my experience. But I passed the error along as fact yesterday, even while trying to confirm the information via other routes. And I did not get that confirmation.

Whoops.

My apologies to all for my part in whatever premature panic I've helped cause. "I'm sorry" likely isn't enough, but it's what there is.

Comic Books in Ottawa

Considering that there's about 8-10 shops that specialize in selling comic books in the Ottawa-Gatineau region at any given time, you can likely surmise that there's a good-sized number of people who like to read'em and critique'em. My science fiction club, OSFS, includes about ten or so of them in its ranks, me included along with other fans and professionals in the business, as well as people who count themselves in both camps.

If anyone's interested and expecting to be in Ottawa around that timeframe, OSFS is holding a meeting on that subject at the end of next February, on the 26th. Details are on the front page of the site, about a quarter of the way down the page.
