Random Stuff: Two Moons Before Hallowe'en
Oct. 29th, 2005 11:35 pmHockey: The Senators really are on fire these days. Perhaps too much so, if tonight was anything to go by: 8-0 over the Leafs at the "Hangar".
I have to admit that as much as I find the new attitude of the Sens to be marvellous on several levels...I was also a little saddened to see how low the Leafs had been brought. There was even this thought: would it have hurt that much to have let them get one or two goals, to leave them that much dignity?
Frightening, isn't it?
Comics reading: I have this sense of a massive sea change, and I don't which way the water's flowing just yet with a lot of the titles I'm buying right now. Not sure that I want to say more than that just yet, though.
Politics: Some days, I wish the Canadian federal election hammer would drop and be done with. I hope I'm not asking for unwanted trouble by admitting this. Not that my hopes mean a thing, save to me.
Movies: I'd like to see Serenity and Good Night and Good Luck before it's too late for the theatres.
Back to you, friends and neighbours...
