I hope someone takes Harper and Layton to task for their distasteful behaviour.

If Layton wants to act as an environmentalist (as portrayed by his criticism of the Alberta tar sands yesterday), could he at least *prove* he is? What's the matter -- is he a coward? :-/

Not sure I can argue about that right now. As for the "cowardice" charge, I'd counter with "worried specific to market segment fragmentation" charge. Considering how Harper was the most forceful of those opposed to May's inclusion, though, I'm not sure that Layton has much to worry about.
