Swings of Weather, Again

dewlineRight now, we've got snowfall kicking back into gear in Ottawa. Over the next day, we're told to expect swings back and forth between snow and freezing rain, dancing on both sides of the "freezing" mark, and tomorrow we go up to 13ºC, with a 40% chance of further precipitation.
