CPAP: Side Effects

Anyone know a good type of bandage for dealing with that special kind of blistering that the CPAP mask makes on the bridge of your nose if it's fastened too tightly? I'd had this earlier nose-and-mouth mask for about a year, and didn't have this kind of problem. Bought the new machine, tubing, filters and mask and I think I've got the mask too tight. You don't want "mask farts", but you don't want this blistering either.
