Thanks. I'm too brain-fried to read it, but I also don't know how it's possible (or, arguably useful) for teachers not to be violating copyright basically all the time.

I don't know either. But it seems that Access Copyright is still determined to bankrupt any organization not willing to play ball on their terms, and they keep getting kicked to the curb by the courts.
