This is what you get to do for your friends when you control the Justice Dept. It was pretty much inevitable when he kicked out the Keebler Elf who honorably and correctly recused himself from the Russia investigation.

It's one of Sessions' very few virtuous acts that I know to recognize as such. This is a guy who got Coretta Scott King to write letters to prevent him getting a judgeship back in the day, after all.
