Stationary Bike Update

I managed a ten-minute stint on said bike last night after supper. I had Power & Politics on as background chatter, so maybe that helped a bit. The trick will be to maintain consistency of practice in the weeks ahead.

I'm still checking federal job boards and keeping those job search alerts from Indeed, Workopolis, Jobilico, etc. coming to my inbox. Out of necessity.
