I am just now remembering the plot point from _Homecoming_ of Tony putting tracker-ware in the first Spider-suit he whipped up for Peter. I am now thinking that if Peter decided to keep it in his Mark 3(?) suit for the London fight and keep that stuff rigged for light and sound and whatnot, *and* it survived the fight and successfully recorded everything from his POV, he's got all the exculpatory evidence he'll need to kick Jameson's defamatories in the courtroom backside.
It will annoy me no end if the scriptwriters for the next movie closed that off.
CC: Stark Enterprises Executive, Security, Legal Divisions; Avengers Foundation, US Department of Defense, US Department of Justice, Europol, Interpol, Metropolitan Police (London), MI-5...anyone I'm missing?
Stark called it "Training Wheels Protocol". Peter will probably call his version "Malpractice Insurance-ware".
