Library Stuff on a Friday Morning

So the library branches across Ottawa are closed today because professional development day stuff. Which is mildly annoying, but it can't be helped. Right?

Still grateful to have a branch within walking distance of home, though.

So got together at 9am to tell stupid patron stories for two hours and then pizza/beer bash for the rest of the day? Sounds about right. And they deserved it.

I subscribe to the Libraries Reddit thread/forum/whatever it's called, have lots of friends/relatives who are librarians and have dated one. And they deserve a pizza and beer bash!
